Of counsel Mary L. O’Neill, Esq. was admitted to the State Bar in 1981. She graduated from the University of California with a bachelor of arts degree, and from Southwestern University School of Law with juris doctorate degree. She clerked for the Idaho Supreme Court for two years before entering private practice. She has chaired the Condemnation and Land Valuation Litigation Committee of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.  Currently, she organizes a Statewide group of land use and eminent domain attorneys.

Mary is an excellent litigator in both the probate court and the civil court.  Whether litigating wills and trusts or property in an eminent domain case, she is a force to be reckoned with.  As to clients, she is very friendly and enjoyable to be around.  She is proud of her husband and three kids.
